Welcome to Orbitra Protocol ("Orbitra", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Orbitra platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

By using Orbitra, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not restricted from using such platforms under your local laws. Use of the Platform is void where prohibited by law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all local laws and rules, and to refrain from hacking, automated scraping, or causing service disruptions.

Orbitra offers virtual points ("XP") to users who engage in activities. XP points have no direct monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and are subject to deletion if the platform undergoes updates or if accounts are flagged for cheating.

You agree not to engage in exploitation, sybil attacks (creating multiple fake accounts to earn rewards), automated script execution, reverse engineering of platform endpoints, or distribution of malware.

Orbitra reserves the right to suspend or block access to any wallet without prior notice if we identify behavior that violates these Terms or threatens the integrity of the platform.

You are solely responsible for securing your private keys, seed phrases, and wallet configurations. Orbitra never acts as a custodian and will never be held liable for compromised user credentials or lost assets.

All content, XP mechanics, and tokenomics information provided on Orbitra are for educational and engagement purposes only. None of this data constitutes investment or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbitra Protocol and its contributors will not be liable for any damages (including lost profits, data loss, or service interruption) arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any features within) at any time without notice. We are not liable for any changes that disrupt your access to features or XP accruals.

The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party websites and decentralized applications (like wallet extensions, DEX platforms, or analytics). We do not control or endorse these services, and you use them at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. When updates occur, we will adjust the date tag at the top of this page. Your continued use of Orbitra constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

These Terms and any actions related to them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which the core protocol maintainers operate, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.

By connecting your wallet and interacting with Orbitra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
